Kelley's Café

The business began in 1986 as the seasonal ice cream shop "The Frostie treat" which so many locals would recall. 11 years later construction was completed and Jamestown was excited to sit down in the full service restaurant open year around, Kelley's café. Less than a decade later construction proved a positive move for the café when expansion allowed for a "Pub" atmosphere. This latest addition includes a full-service bar with many top shelf liquors and 5 varieties of draught beer. Happy hour is every day from noon till 9pm and there are many other daily specials. Kelley's celebrates in a big way with St. Patrick's Day in March and The Bean Festival in September to name a few occasions.

There are over three pages of menu items available to choose from including the latest "Dublin Melt" and "BBQuban". Steaks and Chicken off the grill make for summer fun along with the many appetizers, wings, dinner salads, sandwiches, pastas, entrees and dessert. They serve over 24 flavor combinations of soft serve milk shakes, malts, arctic swirls, and sundaes which originated with the business 25 years ago. The entire menu is also available for carry-out and can be picked up at the convenient drive-up window.
