The Jamestown Area Chamber of Commerce strives to preserve and enhance the unique quality of life of those who work and live in our community by providing the vision, leadership and performance which allow for managed growth and development.

Our Board Members
Jim Saner serves our chamber as President and is a minority owner of Montgomery Insurance and Investments Agency. Jim's responsibilities at Montgomery Insurance and Investments include managing the Property/Casualty and Health and Benefits divisions as well as overseeing the operational side of the agency that has offices in downtown Jamestown and Xenia. Jim joined the Montgomery agency in July 1997 and became a minority owner in the agency in 2003. In addition to his responsibilities as President, Jim is Chair of the Chamber's Golf Outing committee as well. – www.jtchamber.com.
Norma Freeman serves our chamber as Vice Present and is co-owner of Freedom Automotive Inc. Norma works beside her husband to oversee the Customer Service, Accounting, and day to day Operations at Freedom Automotive Inc. since opening in Jamestown in May 2007 and has worked with the Chamber of Commerce since 2008. Norma also oversees the support Freedom Automotive gives to the Greene County Fair Junior Livestock Sale, Jamestown Little League, Jamestown Say Soccer Program, Jamestown Lions Club, Jamestown Historical Society, Greeneview Academic Club, Greeneview Athletic Boosters, Greeneview PTO and other various local efforts.
Anita Chaney serves our chamber as Secretary and is the Social Service Director for Pristine Senior Living, formerly Liberty Nursing Centers, for the past 35 years. Anita’s responsibilities at Pristine include facilitating admissions and discharges from the facilities in Jamestown. She and her husband, John, are native to Jamestown. Anita has been involved in the community and presently serves as a council member on Jamestown's Village Council since 2014, serves as Chairman of the Small Town Christmas Committee and is a past officer with the Greeneview Academic and Music Boosters.
Cory Newhouse serves our chamber as our Membership Director and is the Practice Manager for Jamestown Family Medicine, part of Premier Health, with location both in Jamestown and Xenia. Cory’s responsibilities at Jamestown Family Medicine is overseeing the daily operations of a two medical practices and the staff needed to provide quality care to patients in the Jamestown, Xenia and surrounding areas. Cory has 28 years’ experience in the medical field, and has been with Jamestown Family Medicine since 2009 and with Premier Health since 2000. She has been very active with the Chamber for several years. Even though Cory resides outside of Jamestown, she loves the small town community feel and is proud to be a part of it.
